Toilets

There are four toilet blocks with male, female, baby changing and disabled facilities. They are situated:

• Grange Terrace Entrance (Car Park Two)
• Central Square (near the Play Park)
• Apple Court Entrance (near The Cornish Bakery)
• Pear Court Entrance (Car Park One)

Clarks Village has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. Two of our accessible toilets have been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These toilet facilities can be found at our Grange Terrace entrance and opposite the playpark. The toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, and the correct disposal facilities.

Baby Changing Services

Baby changing is available in each of our toilet blocks located around the village. We are pleased to have been awarded the ‘Positive about Breastfeeding’ award by Public Health Somerset, in partnership with the NHS. 

Accessibility for All

Here at Clarks Village, we are working hard to say, "Welcome" — to as many people as possible, every single day.

We recognise that 20% of adults in the UK have a disability and, of these, 80% have ‘invisible’ or hidden impairments.

Our staff members are offered disability training and we have a number of services to help make a visit to Clarks Village more comfortable and welcoming for all customers. 

Some of those services include quiet spaces and shopping hours, as well as sensory aids, mobility assistance and disabled access throughout the centre.

Shopmobility

Our free shopmobility service provides electric scooters and wheelchairs during your visit. All stores are on ground level and Clarks Village has wide pathways, so every guest can enjoy the environment and gain access to the stores and gardens.

You can book using our online form HERE. Please ensure that you request this service at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.

Our free of charge Shopmobility service is available every day between the hours of 10.30am to 4.30pm. All scooters and wheelchairs are cleaned and stored for 72 hours between use. 

Electric Vehicle Charging Points

We have four EV charging bays located in the north-west area of Car Park Two.

These are operated by Pod Point and use of the chargers will incur an additional charge, payable by the Pod Point app. Standard parking charges still apply.

You will need to use your own cables and they're a simple plug in and charge service; authentication is required within 15 minutes via the Pod Point App. 

Well behaved dogs welcome

We welcome well-behaved dogs at Clarks Village. Please consider, if you visit during busier times, whether your four-legged companion is happy to wait with you if you find yourself in a queue.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the centre and in all stores, and the majority of our stores welcome pet dogs into their shops too — just ask the store team on arrival. 

We're delighted to have won first place in the 2024 DogFriendly Awards Shopping Centre category, making Clarks Village the most dog-friendly shopping centre in the country. 

FREE WiFi

Effortlessly connect to our Wi-Fi network:

1. Choose Clarks_Village_Guest in your Wi-Fi settings
2. Scroll through the short welcome and tap Accept
3. Click Done and you're connected

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Our free WiFi is subject to availability and ‘reasonable usage’.

Guest Services: Lost & Found

If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.

We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
