Purpose of Role
To support the management team in achieving the store/concession objectives to provide an exceptional experience to the customer and to achieve / exceed the financial targets for the store, whilst adhering to all Ben Sherman guidelines.
Job Description/Main Responsibilities
Store Standards - Effectively support the store team in delivering the highest retail standards in all sell and non-sell areas.
Replenishment - Support in store replenishment process to ensure all sizes in the stockroom are available on the sales floor at all times. Process delivery in a timely fashion as required.
Till Functions - Process all permitted till transactions promptly and efficiently in line with company policy and procedure.
Must be fully flexible in terms of days and hours as at times overtime will be required to cover holidays etc.
