Ensure that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently through the till.
Ensure all refunds and returns are processed accurately and in line with Company procedure.
Optimise all sales opportunities.
Convert refunds and returns into exchanges where possible.
Ensure that every customer is greeted / acknowledged when they come into the store.
Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered in line with ‘you are the difference’.
Accurately communicate knowledge of our products to customers in order to increase sales.
Provide outstanding customer service whilst also up-selling to customers.
Deal effectively with any customer complaints and ensure all escalations are handled professionally whilst always striving for optimum customer satisfaction.
Ensure all company cashing up procedures are always followed, and all paperwork completed on a daily basis and accurately.
Ensure store standards are of a high level at all times in line with the expectations outlined in the store visit report.
Maintain a high standard of merchandising within store. Ensure promotions, layout and merchandising reflect our best offer to the customer.
Ensure all deliveries are handled effectively and in line with Company procedure.
To be punctual at all times and be in the Store ready to work at your agreed start time.
To be presentable at all times and wearing the appropriate uniform
Attendance to be in line with company expectations. If you are unable to attend work, company policy must be followed at all times.
Conduct yourself in line with company values and Code of Conduct.
Continually strive to improve own performance in line with job description and competency framework.

Health and Safety
Update the Health and safety file when necessary.
Ensure you are conducting yourself in line with company procedures.
Ensure the store operating safely and all risks, hazards and incidents are reported in line with Company procedure.
Previous work experience in a retail or customer facing setting is preferable but not essential.
