MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To manage the day to day running of this stand-alone retail unit ensuring at all times the highest level of
customer service while achieving targeted sales.
Responsible for trading performance in order to achieve agreed sales targets.
Manage shop staff and floor supervisors – including staffing rota's, recruitment, performance monitoring and development.
Ensure an excellent level of customer service is delivered at all times
Manage store stock levels and replenishment ordering
To ensure the retail unit complies with Health & Safety policies and procedures
Retail experience at store Manager or Assistant Manager level essential
Ability to lead, manage and motivate your retail team
Experience of working with EPoS systems highly desirable although full training will be given to the right applicant.
