We are a successful, established O2 Franchise operating a number of retail stores. We are looking to recruit an ambitious, dynamic and talented person for the positions of Sales Advisor in our Street Store.

Customer Experience

To ensure that you and the store consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide on-going technical support to deliver the shopping experience that creates fans. You must also be able to deal with queries regarding the workings of mobile phones confidently.

Learning and Development

To support the implementation and execution of all new and existing products, as well as services training. Ensure that you are up to date with a diversity of products and services in your role model as a Brand Advocate of O2.

Sales Performance

To support the store exceeding performance targets set on a quarterly basis on products.


To ensure all processes are consistently adhered to including contract and sales completion, stock and cash handling and completion of general administration tasks.

Retail Store Standards

To ensure the merchandising, appearance of the store, self and team is of the highest standard as per the requirements of the 'store standards audit’.

Increased profitability against targets

Skills and Knowledge required

Experience of working in a technical telephonic capacity

Ability to demonstrate proven results of achieving targets and key performance indicators

Clear communication skills
