REPORTS TO: Store Manager
Purpose –To support the Manager in leading the Customer Facing Store Team in providing an Amazing Customer Experience in store
To be able to run the store in the absence of the Manager
Drive Productivity e.g., conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR, Customer Data Capture.
Develop sales team through training and product knowledge
To ensure you instil the Penguin behaviours when dealing with all areas of the store and business
Bring to life the Penguin Core Values – Protect, Explore & Inspire
Keep high visual standards in store and an organised stock room.
Support in terms of cashing up the tills, being able to follow the banking procedures and all other administrational duties
Be able to lock up the store at night and take responsibility to ensure everything is secure before leaving the store
32 hours per week
