We are recruiting for a commercially driven key holder, with a clear understanding of KPI's, to support the Store Manager in motivating the team to deliver sales results

Key Responsibilities:

Driving an exceptional customer service experience, in line with company standards.

The ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve sales targets

Leading the team to exceed KPI targets and personal goals.

Managing retail standards across the store through the team

Assisting in managing staff performance with support from the Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor.

Skills required:

Highly desirable to have previous key holder experience.

Commercially driven and results focused.

The ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve sales targets

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

Be a team player, helpful, approachable and motivated.
