The purpose of your role is to first and foremost sell our beautiful products. When we talk about selling we mean selling the Radley Way, through offering exceptional customer service and ensuring Radley fans have a great experience when they visit one of our stores. Furthermore, you are an ambassador for our brand; from the look of the store, to the way you present yourself to the knowledge you have of our brand and our products. Your role is to uphold the Radley image at all times.
You will be providing an exceptional level of customer service ensuring that by the end of their experience in store, customers leave with a beaming smile on their face (preferably with a bag of goodies too!) This can be achieved through;
Offering customers, a positive and enthusiastic service.
Prioritising the customers’ needs at all times.
Using open questions to ascertain customer needs and adapting style appropriately.
Experience not necessary as training will be given.
