Rituals | Supervisor (32 hours)

About the role:

As a Rituals Expert, you’ll play a key role in our in-store management team, delivering the signature Rituals feel-good experience. With your deep knowledge of our luxury products, you’ll become a true brand ambassador, listening attentively to our customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for. At the same time, you’ll inspire and mentor our Rituals Advisors, serving as both a role model and a source of guidance.

This is more than a supervisory position – it’s an opportunity to expand your expertise in luxury retail and cosmetics, while being at the heart of our brand. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and your team to achieve personal and store-wide goals, all while creating a memorable and meaningful customer experience.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in retail or hospitality.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Team-player mentality with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• A keen eye for detail, organised and structured in your approach.
