To support and drive sales in partnership with your store management team by providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Sunglass Hut culture.

Education & Experience
GCSE’s or equivalent experience
1-2 years retail experience
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
Coach associates to consistently deliver effective selling behaviors resulting in high customer engagement
Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising, and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing initiatives.
Play a key part in asset protection training and reporting
Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and account for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
Open and close the store according to established guidelines
Address associate concerns in a reasonable and fair manner consistent with the Company values.
