This is subject to change at short notice.
We are following the guidelines set by the Government. You can find out more about the new restrictions here.
Q. Are You Closed?
Clarks Village is closed with the exceptions of the THREE categories that the Government has advised can continue to trade during this lockdown2 period;
Q. What stores / brands / cafes / restaurants does this include?
The Brands that are offering any of the three services are listed above. This is subject to change at short notice.
Q. What measures have been put in place to keep us safe?
A. All the safety measures that we have had in place since reopening back in June are continuing. This includes; signage, posters, announcements and floor markings to help our guests ‘Keep Left’ and to maintain 2m social distancing. Hand sanitising stations are available at our entrances. Although we expect significantly fewer guests to be at Clarks Village during this lockdown2 period our Centre Housekeeping teams will be carrying out extensive cleaning at all times with even more focus on key touch points to ensure our guest safety.
Q. Have your opening times changed?
A. The opening times of our essential retail, click & collect and takeaway brands are listed above. Please note that these are subject to change at short notice so you may wish to call the store before travelling.
Q. Will there be a limit to how long I can spend in the centre?
A. Please be aware that the Centre is in essence ‘Closed’ and therefore those guests visiting for one of the three categories that are allowed under Government guidance, should do so in a timely manner and not dwell for an unnecessary time within the Village.
Q. Can I visit / meet with friends and family?
A. The Government guidelines are very clear that there must be no mixing of households. Therefore, it will not be appropriate for guests to meet up with friends or family at Clarks Village during this lockdown2 period. We would highly recommend that guests visit on their own and minimise the number of household members that accompany one another on an essential shopping / click & collect / take-away from Clarks Village during this period.
Q. Will dogs still be welcome?
A. We would highly recommend that you don’t bring your dogs to Clarks Village during this lockdown2 period. Assistance dogs are of course welcome as normal.
Q. Will I have to wear a face-covering?
A. Government guidance is such that although you are not required to wear a face-covering in the outside spaces at Clarks Village, we would highly encourage wearing them. You are obliged to wear face coverings within stores and restaurants.
Q. Are all your entrances open?
A. You will be able to enter Clarks Village via The Grange, Farm Road (at crossroads), Northside (at Next) and High Street (at Pizza Express).
Q. Will I have to pay to use the car parks?
A. Yes. The charges will still apply (which are £1 for an hour).
Q. Will I have to queue to enter Clarks Village?
A. We don’t expect capacity to be an issue as it will only be a small number of guests that need to visit Clarks Village for one of the three categories allowed. Therefore, although we will be continually monitoring numbers, we do not expect to reach the volumes that will require us to ask you to queue to enter the Centre.
Q. Are all the toilets open?
A. We are opening the toilet block closest to the Homeware Pavilion.
Q. Is Guest Services open?
A. Yes, the team won’t be in their normal office at The Grange, but can be called on 07932 154 915
Q. Will your free shop mobility service be available?
A. Sorry No, not during this lockdown2 period.
Q. Are your gardens open?
A. Sorry, No. Our central square and gardens are being redeveloped and are not available.
Q. Is your adventure play area open?
A. Sorry, No. It is not appropriate for the play area to be open at the present time.
