Yes. All our 8 entrances are now fully open during the week, our entrances at Orchard Square High Street and Central Square are closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
I forgot my mask. What now?
A number of our stores sell face-coverings/masks. We would strongly advise you to visit one of those stores on arrival (please check with our Guest Services if you need to identify one).
What measures have been put in place to keep us safe?
Posters and A-frames have been used to remind our guests in keeping 2m socially distant while they’re at Clarks Village. We are asking all guest to "keep left" and there will be reminders on our tannoy system throughout the day.
What hygiene measures have been put in place?
Our Centre Housekeeping teams will be carrying out extensive scheduled cleaning of Clarks Village with even more focus on key touch points to ensure the safety of our guests. We have also introduced hand sanitising stations at our entrances.

Will dogs still be welcome?
Yes, but please be mindful that you may need to queue to enter some stores so patient and well-behaved dogs will make it enjoyable for all our guests. Thank You. .
Will I have to queue to enter Clarks Village?
To maintain social distancing measures and keep everyone safe, we will be monitoring numbers; if necessary, we will ask guests to queue to enter.
Can I bring my bike / scooter through the Village?
Unfortunately not. To maintain social distancing it is not practical or safe to wheel a bike or a scooter through Clarks Village. Please leave them locked at the bike racks at our main entrances. Thank You.
Are all the toilets open?
Yes, although we will be closing some of them on a temporary basis to carry out essential cleaning.
Are all the disabled toilets open?
Disabled toilets will be managed in the same way as our normal toilet blocks (as outlined above).
Will all the baby feeding and changing facilities be open?
These facilities are part of our toilet blocks and will be managed in the same way.
Is Guest Services open?
Yes, they won't be in the office at The Grange entrance but our team will be walking the districts; they can be contacted by calling them on 07392 154 915.
Will your free shop mobility service be available?
Yes it is, There will be a smaller number of scooters and wheelchairs available and are only available when they've been booked in advance (at least the day before arriving). Please check out the guidelines and booking form here.
Are your gardens open?
Yes. Our Central Square has just gone through an amazing redevelopment which has widened the walkways and created much more open space. Come along and discover it for yourself.
Is your adventure play area open?
Yes. We're pleased to confirm that the play park will be open, but please be aware of the conditions for using this space details HERE
Do I have to queue for each store?
Due to restrictions in capacity within the stores, queueing to enter a number of stores is possible. Each store will have designated ‘footprints’ painted on the paving to indicate where guests can wait. Please remember that you will be queuing for stores in an outdoor environment so you may need to be mindful of the weather conditions (heat and rain) and be prepared.
We all love the wide-open spaces at Clarks Village and the relaxed and calm shopping oasis.
Our walkways and paths are wide enough in most places to allow two-way 'traffic' but ONLY if, to maintain everyone's comfort and safety, all our guests walk around Clarks Village KEEPING TO THE LEFT.
There are a couple of places where we need to introduce one-way systems. Signage will be in place to help you and we would ask for your support and co-operation in observing these guidelines to maintain everyone's safety. Thank you.
