The health and safety of everyone who visits Clarks Village is our number-one priority, as it has been throughout this crisis. And we continue to follow the Government’s guidelines. We would ask that anyone visiting Clarks Village treats their fellow guests and our teams with respect and give one another plenty of space.
Our teams continue to work hard to ensure all our guests feel safe when they visit. That means we’ll continue to maintain the cleaning regimes we’ve had in place throughout the pandemic, and we’ll continue to make hand sanitiser available to all our guests. Guests must wear a face covering when visiting us, unless exempt. Our teams will also be wearing face coverings to protect those around them.
Our teams are on hand to keep everyone safe – please treat them with respect. We will not hesitate in asking people to leave the centre if they are abusive towards our staff.
Do all visitors have to wear a mask, even in open outdoor spaces?

Will you still be making hand sanitiser freely available for the public?
Hand sanitisers are available around Clarks Village.
What should guests do if they develop any COVID symptoms whilst shopping at the centre?
We urge anyone who is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 to remain at home and follow the Government’s guidance to self-isolate and get tested.
