We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service. You should have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage your team to achieve success. • Take pride in your store and the VM standards.
• Analysing trends and being proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.
• Completing administrative task in a timely manner always following company policies and procedures.
• Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently.
• Able to use One Drive and Microsoft Teams competently.
• Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.
• Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
• Understanding of retail KPI’s.
Location: Street, Clarks Village
Hours per Week: 40 (over any 5 days)
