What's the role?

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (or Style Advisor as we call it) to join our fashion womenswear brand Phase Eight. As a Style Advisor, you will enjoy working in a fashion retail environment and use your knowledge and training to provide customers with that perfect head-to-toe outfit! This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in fashion and styling. 

Who are we looking for?

We will provide you with full training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in your role. We will need you to be:

• Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role, flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.
• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment
• Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experience to our customers, taking pride in all that you do
