We are seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Clarks Village outlet. This role offers the opportunity to inspire a team, enhance the customer experience, and drive the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is well-organised, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Sales and Customer Experience:

• Lead the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Dartington Crystal brand values.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Drive in-store promotions and exclusive offers to maximise sales opportunities.

Team Leadership:

• Motivate staff through coaching, performance reviews, and recognition initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional working environment.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on store performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required.
